Jennifer, originally from Golden, BC, relocated to Alberta to pursue a Carrer in massage therapy. She completed her studies at the University of Calgary in 2004, while residing in Red Deer. Jennifer spent 18 years practicing in Red Deer before expanding her skills and experience in Lethbridge. As a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC), Jennifer has had the opportunity to work in a variety of chiropractic clinics and spas before joining our Essence Wellness clinic in Marda Loop. Her diverse professional background has made her a well-rounded therapist with expertise in relaxation, deep tissue massage, as well as specialized training in prenatal massage and cupping. Jennifer is passionate about continuing her education and always expanding her knowledge to provide the highest quality care for her clients. She also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering her time and energy with local charitable organizations throughout the city. Outside the clinic, Jennifer is energetic and active. She enjoys practicing yoga, spin classes, out at the gym and downhill skiing during the winter months. Living so close to the mountains, inspires her love of the outdoors, and whenever she has an opportunity, she enjoys hiking and camping with her family.
