Anuja Gawde is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario. She completed her Masters in physiotherapy (Neurology) from Sheffield Hallam University (United Kingdom) in 2012 after completing her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University (India) in 2009. She has a diverse background in both clinical and hospital settings. She brings extensive experience in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and pediatric cases. With a specialized focus in women’s pelvic health, Anuja is dedicated to helping women manage pelvic pain, incontinence, and prenatal and postnatal concerns. Her approach to treatment is patient-centered and evidence-based, incorporating patient education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, soft tissue release, strengthening exercises, and stretching techniques.
