L. Erin Nott, is a Certified Massage Therapist, Herbalist, Natural Therapeutics Specialist and owner of Love Yourself Therapeutic Bodywork. With 23 years of experience and over 1200 hours of formal hands-on bodywork training in a variety of techniques beginning at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM, she has continued on to gain higher education in human biology, women's biology and patho-physiology. In order to fully support each client in the best way possible she has continued to train in traditional Thai Yoga Bodywork, Advanced Reflexology, and the -John F. Barnes Approach- Myofascial Release. Massage Therapy
*Firm Pressure Massage* Forearms, elbows and knuckles utilized. Cross fiber friction, Shiatsu, Polarity, Neuromuscular and Myofascial techniques may be used for maximum results. Use of ice, dry or moist heat, guasha, cupping or topical analgesics on a case by case basis. Some techniques may not be suitable for all individuals depending on health history.
Reflexology
Relax and re-energize with a full foot treatment using ancient acupressure points that treat the whole body at once. Starts with steamed towels and gentle foot stretches and joint mobilization. Followed by acupressure treatment and finishing with a lemongrass foot and calf efflourage massage.
