Sarah completed her core massage training at Crestone Healing Arts Center in Colorado in 2009, where her education was rooted in modalities influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her continued education includes Deep tissue and Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and ongoing study in integrative bodywork practices.
