Hi, Im Kat, a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate from The Institute of Beauty and Wellness-Madison. I enjoy giving a wide range of massages, from pure relaxation to deeply therapeutic. My favorite parts of the body to massage are the back, neck, and scalp, and I love to incorporate a mix of techniques into my sessions. I specialize in medium to medium-firm pressure, but Im happy to tailor my pressure to meet your needs. Beyond the hands-on portion of a massage, I believe in the importance of hospitality and creating a calming, respectful environment for each of my clients. In my free time, I love playing with my two kids, writing novels, reading as many books as I can get my hands on, and tackling way too many painting projects.
60 minutes is perfect for addressing 2-3 areas of the body. This tailored session incorporates a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. Cupping, if needed, can also be incorporated at no charge. Aroma of choice and steam towels are included in the session.
