As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and graduate of Makami College’s 3000-hour Massage Therapy Diploma program, I bridge evidence-based practice with a passion for holistic wellness. Certified in good standing with the CRMTA, I specialize in both Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage—helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance to their bodies. My background in Chemistry, Psychology, and Physiology (University of Alberta) fuels a unique approach to massage therapy: one that blends scientific knowledge with client-centered care. Whether addressing chronic tension or promoting relaxation, I prioritize the mind-body connection and tailor each session to individual needs. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me staying active in Edmonton’s sports community—from volleyball leagues to volunteering as an Event Coordinator with the Edmonton Sport and Social Club. Movement, wellness, and community are at the heart of what I do, both professionally and personally. I’m thrilled to be part of The Wellness Lab team, where science and holistic healing come together to support our clients’ well-being. Let’s work together to help you feel your best!
