Hans graduated with a specialized honours degree in kinesiology. On top of being a registered kinesiologist he also completed a 4-year osteopathy degree, specialized as an athletic therapist and is CranioSacral Therapy (CS 1). Along with working in rehabiltation for 10+ years, Hans has also competed in athletics such as track & field, tennis and material arts (taekwondo and judo). These experiences have allowed him to work in various settings from sports and general rehabilitation clinics to fitness facilities, universities and national level sports teams. He combines his knowledge of biomechanics through movement and manual therapy to provide a service that empowers individuals. Whether it is to overcome injury, prevent injury or simply get stronger to avoid it , they all work towards a common goal of re-balancing the body back to a state of health.
