***CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE*** Terrace first cultivated her passion for human movement while working as a group fitness instructor in her hometown of Camrose, Alberta. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, and later her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Growing up Terrace played soccer, basketball, volleyball and did triathlon training. Terrace didn’t discover her true athletic passion however until she discovered weightlifting as a young adult - the only sport that having shorter legs seemed to serve as an advantage for her. Dissatisfied with her own rehabilitation experiences as an athlete, Terrace set out to become a physiotherapist. Terrace believes rehabilitation is not simply about resolving pain, but also about improving performance. Terrace remains a student of the human body, always up for new activities. She brings the same attitude to the treatment of her clients. She loves to empower others to achieve their goals.
