About Katy: Hello, I’m Katy—a dedicated physiotherapist and graduate of the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Alberta. My treatment style is holistic and collaborative, combining therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and dry needling to address your unique concerns. Whether you’re dealing with musculoskeletal injuries or pelvic health issues, I aim to create a warm, safe, and supportive space where you feel truly heard and empowered in your care. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a wide range of clinical settings—from neurological rehabilitation at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital to private practice physiotherapy for injuries like low back pain, whiplash, ACL tears, and rotator cuff issues. In addition to my practice at Park Integrative Health, I also work as a physiotherapist in the ICU at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and as a fitness instructor. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me playing soccer, out for a run, or exploring new food spots in Edmonton. I look forward to helping you not only find short-term relief but also achieve long-term health and well-being—whether that’s through pelvic health support, pain management, or injury rehabilitation.
