**Meet Claire!** Born and raised in Fredericton, Claire’s passion for health and movement began long before becoming an osteopath. As a competitive indoor and beach volleyball player with the Reds Volleyball Club, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of physical health, injury prevention, and helping the body perform at its best. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick while competing as a varsity athlete for the UNB Reds and the St. Thomas Tommies. Claire went on to complete the five-year osteopathy program at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Throughout her education, she became especially drawn to osteopathy’s philosophy of intrinsic health—the belief that the body possesses an incredible ability to heal when given the right support. She values osteopathy’s individualized approach to care, focusing on identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms. Claire has a particular passion for women’s health and is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life. She believes in providing compassionate, personalized care that empowers each patient to better understand their body and optimize their overall health and well-being. Outside the clinic, Claire enjoys spending time on the golf course, baking for family and friends, and travelling with her husband and their Golden Retriever. She is passionate about helping each patient move better, feel better, and live a healthier, more active life through individualized osteopathic care.
