I am a Registered Massage Therapist with over 8 years of experience, dedicated to helping my clients feel their best through personalized and therapeutic massage treatments. I take a warm, caring, and compassionate approach to every treatment. I listen to each client’s needs and tailor my treatments to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, promote relaxation, and support recovery. I have experience working with a variety of injuries and conditions, providing therapeutic treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs. My experience includes therapeutic massage, deep tissue, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and hot stone massage. I continue to expand my knowledge and skills to provide effective and personalized care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two children
