The Movement Lab Whistler

208-4433 Sundial Place, Whistler, BC, V8E 1G7

Charlotte comes from a family of skiers and got dragged into the sport as soon as she could walk. She raced for close to ten years and then pursued as a coach for five more. After serving as the lead therapist for McGill University’s hockey, lacrosse, and basketball teams, her passion for outdoor sports and the beauty of Whistler led her to the Movement Lab. More recently, she has kept her interest in sport therapy fulfilled by working all over the globe as a Team Physiotherapist for Alpine Canada, as well as by treating a wide range of active Whistlerites. Whether it is to help you come back to your regular activities as efficiently as possible or to prevent future injuries, Charlotte’s approach can include exercises, manual therapy and IMS. She also has a marked interest and experience in concussion management and vestibular rehab.
