Dr. Ashley Bilodeau is a BC local and grew up in the Fraser Valley where she spent her summers camping, hiking and picking berries and the fall seasons outdoors on the soccer field. Staying close to home, she attained her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford. When she didnt have her head in the books studying pre-med, she was training in the gym or on the water to hold her position on the varsity rowing team, to which she became captain in her last year. A keen interest in the human body and science led her to CCNM Boucher where she completed the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program in 2021. During her time at Boucher she was president of the Sports Medicine Club, organizing talks, learning the Kinesio Taping Method and participating in events at the local climbing gym. Dr. Ashley believes in building a solid foundation for health. That health care is not always black and white. That medicine needs to be individualized and genuine. She is a fully licensed Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia currently running a general practice, with special interest in digestion, athletic health, metabolism, concussions and stress management.
