Celia is a Registered Massage Therapist whose passion for wellness and human connection began at a very young age. Having played competitive volleyball for many years, she understands firsthand the frustration and challenges that dysfunctions in the body can bring. Managing her own sports-related injuries sparked a deeper curiosity about the body’s mechanics, recovery processes, and the profound impact skilled manual therapy can have on one’s healing which ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. Celia approaches each treatment seeking to understand the “why” behind a client’s pain or restriction rather than simply addressing symptoms. Her treatments integrate techniques such as cupping, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilizations, stretching and deep tissue work. Celia especially loves working with individuals who see their health as a shared journey; those who are open and willing to partner together in creating meaningful, lasting change. What sets Celia apart is her ability to combine therapeutic intensity with a calm, grounded presence. She recognizes that healing involves both the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, and she strives to create an environment where clients leave not only feeling relief, but with a better understanding of their body and how to care for it long-term. Outside of the treatment room, Celia continues to prioritize her overall wellness in her own life wether it’s through co-ed volleyball games, strength training at the gym or enjoying time with her two rescue dogs who bring balance, joy and a little bit of chaos to everyday life. As a life-long learner she is committed to ongoing professional development with a hope of someday furthering her education into Acupuncture and Manual Osteopathy.
