Jessica M. Sanderson, L.M.T. is a honors graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage York Campus Professional Massage Therapy program. She is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Jessica is the owner/operator of Time Out! Massage and is currently practicing n York, Pennsylvania. She truly enjoys her work and is passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind. Jessica creates a unique massage for each client to accommodate individual needs for pain relief, stress reduction and relaxation to enhance overall health and well-being.
