Harleen was born and raised in New Westminster. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of British Columbia and went on to earn her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. Her interest in physiotherapy stems from a strong curiosity about how the human body adapts, heals, and becomes stronger through movement and rehabilitation. Throughout her education and clinical training, Harleen developed a strong foundation in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Harleen regularly works with clients experiencing neck pain, mid and low back pain, shoulder and hip injuries, TMJ (jaw) pain, sports-related injuries, joint related injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She frequently works with individuals managing chronic pain, mobility limitations, and recurring injuries, and enjoys helping clients return to daily activities, work, and sport safely and confidently. Her treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, movement retraining, and patient education. Harleen believes in empowering clients through education and active participation in their recovery, and she tailors each treatment plan to the client’s goals, lifestyle, and current abilities. She is committed to ongoing learning and regularly updates her clinical skills to provide evidence-based care. Outside of the clinic, Harleen enjoys staying active through gym, swimming, and badminton. Harleen is fluent in English and Punjabi.
