Mini has dedicated over a decade to the healthcare profession, bringing extensive experience and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being. Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2021, Mini has continued to provide personalized care to patients of all ages. At AIM Therapy and Wellness Centre, she combines her rehabilitation background with her massage therapy experience to create individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Mini is trained in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Decongestive Therapy. She uses Manual Lymph Drainage to support clients experiencing lymphedema, including swelling that may occur following surgery or cancer treatment. Her approach is gentle, personalized, and focused on helping clients manage swelling and improve their comfort and quality of life. Her treatments include: Manual Lymph Drainage (Dr. Vodder Method) Decongestive Therapy Fascial release Swedish massage Joint mobilization PNF techniques Pre- and post-natal massage Deep Tissue Massage Mini works with each patient individually to understand their concerns and provide a treatment approach that best supports their recovery, comfort, and overall wellness. Outside of her practice, Mini enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle through yoga. She also values spending quality time with her family, which helps her maintain the balance and energy she brings to her work and her patients.
