Hi, I am Kassandra. In January 2021, I completed my Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. My areas of focus include Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release (STR), and Contemporary Cupping. I also graduated from the University of Alberta in 2008 with a degree in Physical Education, and later completed the Advanced Athletic Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2010 to become a Certified Athletic Therapist. I have worked in a variety of settings, including with sports teams—primarily football, soccer, and rugby—where I supported athletes with acute injury care and guided them through recovery and return to play. I’ve also worked in a gym and fitness studio as a coach, developing personalized programs to improve strength and mobility. I believe the body should move with ease and be free of pain. My goal is to use my training and experience to provide a well-rounded, effective treatment tailored to each individual.
