This is a 1 hour therapeutic massage in the comfort of your own home and focused on alleviating tension and pain in of muscle tissue. The pressure is adjusted based on client needs. This massage will also promote relaxation and increase blood circulation and lymphatic flow. Additional techniques such as some stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, fascia blasting and range of motion may be applied.
