Massage Therapy
For your initial massage appointment, please contact the clinic directly. This ensures that you will receive the necessary health history form to fill out prior to your appointment. We will go over the form together and do any necessary assessments during this initial appointment. Swedish massage is the most common style of therapeutic massage. This specific manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body is designed to relax muscles and joints. This treatment will be on a massage table and generally uses oil and skin-to-skin contact.
