Hi! I’m Sarah. I was first introduced to massage therapy when I was recovering from a car accident and immediately fell in love with the practice. I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2010 and completed my registration exams with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO). Since then, I have been treating patients, researching and learning as much as I can to continue to improve my skills. My mission is to help support patients in their individual journey to recover, relax and restore their physical selves through therapeutic massage so they can live their best lives. I aim to provide a clean and safe space to promote relaxation and to tailor every massage to each patient’s specific needs and treatments goals. I have a great family that loves to get outside as much as I do. We do lots of hiking, camping, swimming, paddle boarding, tobogganing, skating, cycling and of course lots of long walks wth our black lab. I also practice yoga, lift weights and really enjoy knitting. That right - Knitting! It’s cool, I promise. If you are recovering from an injury, looking to ease arthritis and joint pain, uncomfortable from your pregnancy, can’t kick that tension headache or just looking to relax and manage stress - I am here to help! - Sarah
For your initial massage appointment, please contact the clinic directly. This ensures that you will receive the necessary health history form to fill out prior to your appointment. We will go over the form together and do any necessary assessments during this initial appointment. Swedish massage is the most common style of therapeutic massage. This specific manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body is designed to relax muscles and joints. This treatment will be on a massage table and generally uses oil and skin-to-skin contact.
