Blend of Relaxation, Neuromuscular and stretching techniques
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Begin with a Warm Foot soak in a copper basin with Himalayan Salts, Epsom Salts & essential oils to cleanse the feet & clear your mind. Enjoy a hot tea or glass of water. Then move to the heated massage table and rest comfortably on pillows. Relax and enjoy a 20 min reflexology session on each foot followed by a peppermint oil foot massage.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
