During an initial assessment, the goal is to establish the individual's specific diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment plan through the evaluation process. Please book here if this is your FIRST appointment OR if you are attending for a DIFFERENT INJURY/BODY PART than your previous appointment OR it has been longer than 3 months since you’ve previously been seen. *If your injury occurred at work or is a result from a car accident please see SGI or WCB insurance options.
- Manual therapy for musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
- Education and instruction in movement and posture.
- Home exercise programs for injury recovery and prevention.
- Mobilization of the nervous system for neural pain/mobility.
- Vertigo and balance assessment with targeted rehab techniques.
