For new patients the initial evaluation serves as a starting point between you and your Chiropractor. During the evaluation you delve into your complete medical history, conduct a comprehensive Chiropractic assessment, and gain an understanding of your physical situation. This involves a detailed examination of your spine and musculoskeletal system. Following this evaluation, we proceed with treatment based on the findings from the examination as well as establishing a plan of care to serve as the guidelines for your recovery.

Physiotherapy
For new patients the initial evaluation starts with a full-body biomechanical assessment. It covers a thorough history of your injury, testing of all involved structures to determine the true cause of the issue, and formation of a comprehensive and specific plan of care. This is followed by manual techniques and corrective exercises to begin the healing process. Evaluation will finish with creation of a Home Exercise Program (HEP) for the client to perform when not in the clinic.

- Post-operative rehab including ACL reconstruction recovery.
- Hands-on manual therapy to restore movement quality.
- Progressive loading and strength training for return-to-sport.
