For new patients the initial evaluation starts with a full-body biomechanical assessment. It covers a thorough history of your injury, testing of all involved structures to determine the true cause of the issue, and formation of a comprehensive and specific plan of care. This is followed by manual techniques and corrective exercises to begin the healing process. Evaluation will finish with creation of a Home Exercise Program (HEP) for the client to perform when not in the clinic.

Post-operative rehabilitation for ACL, rotator cuff, labral, joint replacements.
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training for accelerated strength recovery.
Manual therapy and biomechanics-driven movement dysfunction correction.
Dry needling for pain relief and muscle activation (pending certification).
Running and gait analysis to optimize performance and prevent re-injury.
