Chiropractic New Patient Evaluation
New PatientGeneral

For new patients the initial evaluation serves as a starting point between you and your Chiropractor. During the evaluation you delve into your complete medical history, conduct a comprehensive Chiropractic assessment, and gain an understanding of your physical situation. This involves a detailed examination of your spine and musculoskeletal system. Following this evaluation, we proceed with treatment based on the findings from the examination as well as establishing a plan of care to serve as the guidelines for your recovery.
