For new patients - Initial appointments will entail a full detailed history of the complaint, review of any relevant documentation and images if available, a full physical examination, and discussion of diagnosis. A treatment plan will also be advised as well as any needed referrals for diagnostic imaging. If time allows, treatment will be started as well.
