Reflexology is a foot massage modality based on the theory that there is a point or area on the foot that corresponds to every part, area, and organ of the body, and the whole body can be treated and encouraged to come into balance by treating the feet. It is also extremely relaxing for most clients, with all of the therapeutic benefits that stress reduction provides.

Manual lymph drainage is a gentle technique which encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. MLD can be helpful in recovering from injury or tissue trauma as well as for fibromyalgia, migraines, CFS, stress, and pain management. 90 minute sessions are full body sessions; 30 and 60 minute sessions focus on specific areas.
