Acupuncture
Fire Cupping and Gua Sha are traditional therapies that relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Fire Cupping uses flame to eliminate oxygen in the cups to create a vacuum on the skin, which lifts tissue, reduces inflammation and enhances blood flow. Gua Sha involves scraping the skin with a smooth tool to promote circulation and relieve muscle stiffness. Both treatments are effective for alleviating pain, tension and stress while supporting overall wellness.
