BSc., PT PHYSIOTHERAPY Cheri has been practicing Physiotherapy for nearly 30 years and Osteopathy for almost 20. Cheri graduated from Dalhousie University with a Science degree in Biology and another in Physiotherapy. Cheri practiced traditional Physiotherapy for several years before beginning the Osteopathy program at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques and then again at the National Academy of Osteopathy. Cheri enjoys blending the two disciplines and practices within the scope of Physiotherapy. Additional modalities include acupuncture and cupping. Cheri has enjoyed treating clients of all ages and with all manner of diagnoses. Cheri has a particular interest in chronic pain, low back and pelvic pain, head and face pain, sciatica and babies with tongue ties. Cheri is up for almost any challenge and if she is unable to help you, she always tries her best to help find somebody who can. Cheri has been practicing Manual Physiotherapy/Osteopathy in the Dartmouth area since 2004.

A holistic bio-psycho-social approach to assessment and treatment using a gentle "hands on" therapy in addition to mobility exercises that will address movement dysfunction throughout the whole body and facilitate the integration towards your health and recovery. Please note that some clients may experience soreness following manual therapy and exercise regardless of how gentle the treatment may endeavor to be.
