This 30-minute initial visit is ideal for a single main concern or wellness assessment (one primary area of pain, stiffness or pain-free condition). Your chiropractor will review your health history, perform a focused assessment, and provide treatment tailored to your needs. Treatment may include manual adjustments or mobilization, soft tissue techniques as appropriate, and simple home-care recommendations, if applicable.
