The classic hour long massage may include focus on specific areas or be used for general relaxation. It's your session - you can choose, or we can simply thank your body for all it does for you. In this practice, a 60 minute massage is a full 60 minutes of massage time. Please arrive a few minutes early and allow a bit of time after your session so you are not rushed.

Baseline measurements, health history review, and other risk factors are recorded so you can know where you started before treatment. Ideal for those recently diagnosed with cancer, or preparing for surgery/treatment which may disrupt the lymphatic system. This is not a massage, manual lymphatic drainage, or manual therapy session, but you will come away informed.
