Your session will be customized to fit your specific need, based on your goals for the session as well as your known chronic muscular dysfunction. Client may spend the entire session on the massage table, on the Thai mat, or some combination of both. Note that the minimum window allowed for Thai is 90 minutes. Due to the nature of my work, 60 minute sessions should only be booked for deep work in one or two specific areas.

Using very light pressure, it encourages healthy circulation and deeper breathing while helping the body shift out of stress mode. Clients often feel lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed afterward. This restorative session supports overall wellness and is a soothing alternative to deeper massage techniques.
