After decades in the for-profit and not-for-profit business sectors, I decided it was time to go into business for myself, in a career that would be rewarding and help others in a more tangible way. Based on feedback from many of my 300+ clients, I have found my calling. I graduated in June 2018 from the highly-regarded Louisville School of Massage, and passed my licensing exam in the same month, and opened The Body Mechanic of Louisville immediately thereafter. I introduced my own Kentucky Proud CBD products in April 2021. \Through my massage therapy studies, I have come to realize just how fine-tuned the body is - like a high-end sports car - and if one thing goes out of alignment, or starts to work improperly, then the whole system suffers. Massage Therapy
Your session will be customized to fit your specific need, based on your goals for the session as well as your known chronic muscular dysfunction. Client may spend the entire session on the massage table, on the Thai mat, or some combination of both. Note that the minimum window allowed for Thai is 90 minutes. Due to the nature of my work, 60 minute sessions should only be booked for deep work in one or two specific areas.
