This is a customized Massage session designed around your individual needs and preferences. Your massage may include lighter, relaxing Swedish techniques, deeper therapeutic work like myofascial release, or a combination of both. Sessions are tailored to help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve mobility, relieve pain, and support overall wellness. (Includes the full time of hands-on bodywork and 10 minutes of pre/post consult.)

Post-Surgical Recovery Therapy is designed for clients within 6 months of surgery. Each session is customized to your stage of healing and may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, red light therapy, scar and fibrosis work, cupping, gua sha, myofascial release, stretching, and massage as needed. This service is intended to allow me to utilize all my tools to help reduce swelling, support healing, improve mobility, and encourage the best possible recovery. Consultation is required prior.
