Hello and welcome, I've been practicing massage for nearly 3 decades. Though life has taken me on many different professional and personal journeys, massage therapy, health and wellness have always been my cornerstone. I regularly challenge myself to keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. Wheather its sports injuries and rehab, active assisted stretching, Thai Yoga Massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I can work with you to get your body moving and feeling like well again. This is a customized Massage session designed around your individual needs and preferences. Your massage may include lighter, relaxing Swedish techniques, deeper therapeutic work like myofascial release, or a combination of both. Sessions are tailored to help reduce stress, ease muscle tension, improve mobility, relieve pain, and support overall wellness. (Includes the full time of hands-on bodywork and 10 minutes of pre/post consult.)
