Lymphatic Drainage

During an MLD session, the therapist uses soft, rhythmic, and precise hand movements to stimulate the flow of lymph. These motions are typically light and involve stretching and pumping movements on the skin, focusing on areas where lymph nodes are concentrated, such as the neck, armpits, abdomen, and groin.
