Acupuncture is a medical practice that entails stimulating specific meridian points along the body, most often with very thin needles, to alleviate pain and help treat a variety of health conditions. The system aims to restore the balance of qi or vital energy. **Note** if this is your first time receiving acupuncture at momentum health, you will need to fill out an acupuncture intake form.

**NEW PATIENTS** -OR- **It has been OVER 1 YEAR since your last visit** Select this option. It is my chance to get to know you, your health goals, your expectations, and evaluate any potential changes. The initial visit will include a thorough consultation of your chief complaint and full health history. A complete examination will be performed that includes ranges of motion, orthopedic testing, and neurological testing. Treatments will be performed after examination is complete, assuming no further tests or imaging is required.
