Dr.Tiffany Poole was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology. Dr. Tiffany continued her education at Texas Chiropractic, where she received a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Tiffany holds special certificate training in Acupuncture, Graston Technique, and Kinesio-Tape. She is also trained in Webster Technique and is currently receiving her CACCP (Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics) through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association). Dr. Tiffany now lives in Cypress, Texas with her supportive husband, 3 goofy children, and very large + lazy Great Dane. In her spare time she loves traveling, cooking for friends + family, and spending quality time at home. Over the past 6 years, Dr. Tiffany has focused a majority of her time and energy into raising her 3 babies. She is now very excited to embark on this new chapter of her life as she starts to grow her practice centered around her passion for supporting and helping families feel their best.
Acupuncture
This is for a subsequent visit for *ESTABLISHED* patients at Momentum Health. If this is your first time scheduling an appointment with us, you will need to book an "Adult FIRST Visit" appointment. Acupuncture is a medical practice that entails stimulating specific meridian points along the body, most often with very thin needles, to alleviate pain and help treat a variety of health conditions. The system aims to restore the balance of qi or vital energy. **Note** if this is your first time receiving acupuncture at momentum health, you will need to fill out an acupuncture intake form.
Chiropractic

It is my chance to get to know you, your health goals, your expectations, and evaluate any potential changes. The initial visit will include a thorough consultation of your chief complaint and full health history. A complete examination will be performed that includes ranges of motion, orthopedic testing, and neurological testing. Treatments will be performed after examination is complete, assuming no further tests or imaging is required.
