The initial pelvic health physiotherapy assessment is for you to voice and physically evaluate your concerns. To develop an individualized treatment plan for bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, pre-natal or post natal concerns, peri-menopause symptoms or anything relating to the function of a pelvis. An internal exam is often performed, but is not a requirement.
