I am a dedicated physiotherapist with a keen interest in orthodpaedic and pelvic floor physiotherapy. I have a passion for helping individuals lead pain-free, active lives. I obtained my undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating in 2019. In addition to my expertise in pelvic floor health, I am also trained in intramuscular stimulation/ dry needling. I use this skill to compliment my functional home exercise programs. I take a holistic approach to care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized, tailored treatment that meets them where they are in their journey. Whether it’s pelvic floor rehabilitation, injury recovery, or managing chronic conditions, I believe in building a treatment plan that respects each individual’s unique needs and goals. Outside of work, I am married and share my home with two cats. I am also passionate about weight lifting and living an active lifestyle, which helps me understand firsthand the importance of movement and physical well-being. My goal is to empower my patients to move better, feel better, and live better, no matter what stage of life they’re in.
