Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage supports the movement of lymphatic fluid to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and assist recovery. We let the science inform our approach—consistent sessions over a short period produce more meaningful and lasting results than a single treatment. A brief series is recommended. Results vary based on individual physiology and inflammatory load. Provided by Dedric, Tony and Alisa
