Massage Therapy
Appointments include 50 minutes of treatment time. Lyndsay uses an osteopathic approach to her massage therapy treatments, which means this treatment will differ from traditional massage therapy. Lyndsay uses fascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation in her treatments. Please wear comfortable clothing for the treatment as techniques are done over clothing. If you feel unwell anytime before your appointment, please call to reschedule.
