60 minute appointments can be tailored to your needs or goals, whether that includes a full body relaxation massage or focusing on the upper or lower portions of the body. Each appointment for returning patients will include a health history update and review of concerns that may take up to 5 minutes. For first time patients, it is recommended to book an appointment of at least 60 minutes or longer for your first treatment as intake and assessment will take between 5 & 15 minutes

It provides an overview of your health concerns and initial treatment plan to help resolve issues using Naturopathic Medicine. Any relevant testing recommended can be discussed in this visit as well.
