Acupuncture or Acupuncture/modality Acupuncture - Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique in which the practitioner stimulates specific acupuncture points using very thin needles. These acupuncture needles stimulate the flow of Qi (energy) in channels also known as meridians throughout the body. Cupping - Cupping is a natural, alternative therapy that is used to promote blood circulation in the area the cups are placed. Cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This suction may help to smooth the flow of Qi (energy). This may relieve tension of the muscles and improve blood flow as well as promote cell repair. Tui Na massage - General relaxation massage
