Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing and will remain full clothed during the Reflexology session with only the feet and lower legs being exposed. We begin with some warming movements of the feet to loosen joints and muscles and awaken your energetic pathways, this is followed by point-specific techniques and various holds that aim to balance the body.

Gentle, rhythmic work to support detoxification, reduce inflammation, and restore internal flow. May include body and facial lymphatic techniques.
