I became a licensed massage therapist in January 2025. I offer deep tissue massage and believe in working as a team with each client to discover what feels best for their body and their goals. My approach is all about listening, adjusting, and finding the techniques that truly help. In addition to massage, I am a Reiki Master and a mother of two. I believe that energy work, bodywork, and emotional work are all connected, and that each is equally important to care for. These experiences have deepened my compassion and taught me the value of presence, balance, and care. My goal is to help people feel more like themselves, comfortable, supported, and at ease in their own skin.
