This is for anyone with problem area(s) they’re noticing ongoing discomfort or restriction but have not required or received a medical diagnosis yet of any issues; need a little extra focus on their problem areas & extra tools are used to assist in alleviating discomfort/symptoms, with remainder of session time used for some TLC on other parts of the body *Must be minimum of 90 minutes for full body as we can spend 30+ minutes on one problem area alone if needed!* *90-120 minute most popular*
