This philosophy can be used no matter what stage injury and pre/post surgical. With this exercise therapy we will be working on a components of rehabilitation. These components we will hit are: flexibility/range of motion, proprioception/balance, core/posture, muscular strength/endurance, and cardiovascular fitness to give you a complete rehabilitation or a great stepping stone on your fitness journey.
