Included is a thorough intake call prior to your appointment, a session customized toward your needs and goals, post session feedback and resource referrals, and a follow up email 3-5 days post appointment for check in purposes. Required first session for all new clients seeking Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) / lymphatic therapy. A comprehensive session to assess, support, and gently restore lymphatic flow while creating a personalized care approach. Includes full intake, clinical assessment, and initial treatment. MLD is a gentle manual therapy intended to encourage lymph flow, reduce swelling, and support immune and nervous system function. Some conditions may require provider clearance.
